Neil Lacey

Neil is a Partner based in our Liverpool office and leads the Liverpool Real Estate team consisting of over 20 fee earners. He has considerable experience in relation to the acquisition, development and repurposing of commercial real estate including shopping centres, offices, out of town retail parks and management of multi let assets. He acts for a range of investor clients across a variety of real estate sectors, with particular focus on retail assets, managing the full life cycle of assets in portfolios for NewRiver REIT, an occupier portfolio for Sainsbury’s and Argos, through to a smaller portfolios for private family equity house investors such as The Gluck Group. Neil is also experienced in the acquisition and development data centres sites by and for data centres operators across the UK.
