Poppy is an Associate in the Corporate Transactions team based in the London office. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, with experience across energy and infrastructure, private equity and technology sectors.
Drawing on her STEM background, Poppy plays an active role in CMS’ equIP programme, advising high-growth start-ups with a particular emphasis on biotech and cleantech industries.
Poppy also brings international experience to her practice, having spent six months on secondment to the CMS Hong Kong office prior to qualifying into the team.
