Sophie is an Associate in the Construction and Engineering team, specialising in non-contentious construction matters. She qualified as a solicitor in July 2025 following training with CMS.
Sophie’s experience covers drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and novation documents, as well as conducting due diligence for multi-asset sales and purchases.
