  • BT on the GBP 92m sale of Keybridge House in London To Mount Anvil for redevelopment as a mixed-use scheme with 415 residential units in two towers (of which one will be the tallest brick clad residential tower in the UK) and a series of mansion blocks.
  • Brake Bros on the distribution regional network strategy, including the development and letting of four state-of-the-art facilities comprising 1m square feet, and the sale and leaseback of further distribution facilities.
