It also highlights key considerations for supporting the sound and sustainable development of cyber insurance.

In this paper, FCA has set out the range of its research themes and focus areas. The themes include growth, wholesale markets, helping consumers and regulation. Focus areas include changes in financial services markets and changes in the UK economy relating to capital allocation and consumers.

HMT: ToR for the Wholesale Digital Markets Champion
HMT has published the ToR for the Wholesale Digital Markets Champion which sets out how Chris Woolard will lead industry in driving the adoption of digital technologies across UK markets. He has been asked to provide a forward look on the organisation of a cross-industry taskforce for driving tokenisation by July 2026 and a report on DLT adoption and interoperability by July 2027.
