FCA: Changes to UK EMIR reporting requirements – draft questions and answers

Further to PS23/2, FCA has provided draft guidance in the form of Q&As to support the implementation of the updated UK EMIR reporting requirements that come into force on 30 September 2024.  FCA is consulting on the first set of the Q&As jointly with BoE.  Responses are required by 28 March 2024.  FCA will consult on the second set of Q&As later this year.
