FCA: CP25/13: Improving the complaints reporting process

FCA’s CP sets out the improvements it proposes to make to its data collection and why.  FCA plans to consolidate five current returns into one and will standardise the number of times it asks regulated firms to send their data returns.  Responses are required by 24 July 2025.
