FCA: CP26/5 – Aligning listed issuers’ sustainability disclosures with international standards

FCA has published a consultation paper CP26/5 seeking views on replacing the current Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) aligned listing rules with requirements for in-scope listed companies to report against the UK Sustainability Reporting Standards FCA intends to finalise its rules and publish a policy statement in autumn 2026. Responses are required by 20 March 2026.
