FCA: Mortgage intermediaries portfolio letter

FCA has published its “Dear CEO” letter which sets out the regulator’s priority areas of focus for the next two years for the sector. These include: quality of advice and unsuitable products; high pressure selling and ancillary products; excessive fees and fair value; financial promotions.
