FCA: Multi-firm review into off-channel communication

FCA has published its findings on firms’ approach to off-channel communications in relation to banks and firms within scope of record keeping rules in SYSC 10A.  Specific topics include: surveillance; third party vendors; management information; policy breach data, and consequence management.  FCA sets out a number of questions for firms to consider in relation to the findings.
