FCA: Notification and disclosure of net short positions

FCA has published an updated version of its webpage on notification and disclosure of net short positions to reflect its release of the updated UK List of Exempted Shares. The list includes shares admitted to trading on UK trading venues in November and December 2024. The updated list is valid from 1 April 2025 and applies to positions reached from that date.
