FOS: Annual Report & Accounts 2024/2025/Complaints data and insight

FOS highlights that consumers lodged 305,726 complaints about financial products with it in the last financial year, the highest level for six years.  Complaints relating to motor finance and irresponsible/unaffordable lending rose significantly.
