PRA: CP2/25: Leverage Ratio: changes to the retail deposits threshold for application of the requirement
The CP sets out PRA’s proposal to adjust one of the thresholds for application of the Leverage Ratio – Capital Requirements and Buffers Part of the PRA Rulebook. PRA also proposes to make minor consequential changes to SS45/15 (The UK leverage ratio framework). Responses are required by 5 June 2025.
