PRA: Final Notice: NED of Wyelands Bank

PRA has issued a Final Notice against George Jay Hambro, a former notified non-executive director (NED) of Wyelands Bank, fining him £72,000 for breaching PRA Individual Conduct Rule 2 (acting with due skill, care and diligence).
