The interactive Banking Summer School training series, organised by CMS Budapest, will provide you with an overview of various banking law / transaction law topics. Sessions 11/06/2015: This session will cover the financial indicators and account provisions in the facility agreement. Speaker: Csongor Tompa 09/07/2015: This session will cover syndication, certain questions regarding the intercreditor agreements and sub-participation arrangements.
