General EU Law, Free Movement of Goods, Services and Capital

Back to Antitrust, Competition and Trade

With our highly specialised expertise in general European law, based mainly in Brussels, we help companies defend their commercial interests in all matters of general EU law, including proceedings involving the free movement of goods, services and capital principles. If necessary, we represent our clients in complaints to the EU Commission and before the Union Courts, including in infringement proceedings and preliminary ruling proceedings.

We help clients stay up to date concerning the development of EU law in all fields that are important to their commercial success. We not only monitor those developments but also provide advice on the potential outcome of pending legislative initiatives, and map the resulting opportunities and risks for clients. Wherever necessary, we stand ready to help clients make their commercial interests heard by the decision-making institutions and their members.
