Orsolya has been an associate in the Corporate/M&A team at CMS Budapest since 2021.
During her tenure, she has significantly broadened her international perspective through high-profile in-house secondments. From February to July 2025, she served as Corporate Legal Counsel at Amazon’s Luxembourg office, where she worked within the Global Subsidiaries legal team with a specific focus on Middle-East jurisdictions. Additionally, between July and September 2024, she was seconded to Serco in Zurich, Switzerland, acting as Legal Counsel & Business Partner.
Before joining CMS, Orsolya honed her transactional law skills at esteemed law firms in Budapest, Hungary, catering to a diverse international clientele. She specialises in commercial transactions and possesses comprehensive knowledge in corporate, M&A, and real estate law. Her portfolio includes advising clients on a range of M&A and asset transactions, as well as establishing entities and branches, general corporate matters, restructurings, equity issues, liquidations, and FDI screening procedures. Her professional proficiency includes experience in diverse sectors, encompassing the automotive industry, energy, especially in solar, transplant diagnostics, advertising, and many others.
Orsolya graduated from the Faculty of Law at ELTE University in Budapest, Hungary. She participated in the German and Inter-national Law (LLM) programme held by Georg-August University of Göttingen, Germany in cooperation with ELTE. Besides her native Hungarian, Orsolya is fluent in English and German.
