Orsolya has been an associate in the Corporate/M&A team at CMS Budapest since 2021.

Before joining CMS, Orsolya honed her transactional law skills at esteemed law firms in Budapest, Hungary, catering to a diverse international clientele. Orsolya specialises in commercial transactions, and has comprehensive knowledge in corporate, M&A, and real estate law. Her portfolio includes advising clients on a range of M&A and asset transactions. Her expertise extends to establishing entities and branches, general corporate matters, restructurings, dealing with equity issues, liquidations, and FDI screening procedures. Her professional proficiency includes experience in diverse sectors, encompassing the automotive industry, energy, especially in solar, transplant diagnostics, advertising, and many others.

Orsolya graduated from the Faculty of Law at ELTE University in Budapest, Hungary. She participated in the German and International Law (LLM) programme held by Georg-August University of Göttingen, Germany in cooperation with ELTE. Besides her native Hungarian, Orsolya is fluent in English and German.
