<< CMS Diversity & Inclusion Charter
To drive a diverse and inclusive culture, CMS has set up the following structure:
- An executive sponsor for diversity and inclusion at the CMS Executive Committee / CMS Council level.
- Global PAG and Sector Group business leaders are appointed to the CMS Executive Committee to bring the voice of our clients and business into our management board and support our commitment to governance and diversity.
- A central D & I working group consisting of Executive Committee and Council members that develops and reviews goals to ensure that we deliver on our D & I commitments.
- A D & I champion within each CMS member firm, who ensures that the D & I strategy is supported and implemented in each firm.
- A central dedicated D & I manager that coordinates between the working group, the CMS Executive Committee and the D & I champions.
