There is no such general legislation.

No.
3. Is there a maximum amount of cash a customer may use to purchase items in a store in your country? If yes, what is the amount?
There is no limitation unless a transaction is settled between two entrepreneurs (rather than between an entrepreneur and a consumer client). In case of a transition between two entrepreneurs, a limit has been set for cash settled transactions of PLN 15,000.
4. Are there any limitations in your country with regard to the acceptance of denominations of [euro] banknotes?
No, there are no such limits (generally payments are made in PLN (Polish zloty) rather than in euro, as euro is not adopted in Poland).
5. Are there any rules in your country on partial and/or related cash payments and is it clear what can or will be seen as a partial and/or related payment?
The limitation mentioned under question 3 applies to a number of transactions, which are related. There is, however, no legal definition of what constitutes a related transaction.
6. Is there a duty to report to an authority if a customer would like to pay in cash above the maximum amount and/or with a denomination of a banknote which is forbidden?
No. Please note that there is no such limitation or prohibition with respect to transactions with consumers.
