Within the scope of a succession arrangement, an acquisition vehicle controlled by Ambienta SGR acquires all shares in SF-Filter AG, Bachenbülach, Switzerland.
The SF-Filter group is a leading partner for sales of mobile and industrial filters of every kind and has operating facilities in Austria, France, Germany, Poland and Switzerland. Its range includes filters for oil, air, fuel, hydraulics, pneumatics, liquids, dust removal and air-conditioning systems. The group's client base extends from original equipment manufacturers, to resellers, right through to end-users.
Ambienta SGR is a leading European private equity fund focused on industrial growth investing in companies driven by environmental trends. It operates out of Milan, Düsseldorf and London and has approximately EUR 500 million under management.
