CMS announces largest-ever global partner promotions

CMS has made up 49 new partners in 2019, marking the firm's largest-ever round of global partner promotions. The new partners span 23 cities across Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, and sit across a wide range of practice and sector groups. This year, women account for 47% of all CMS promotions globally.

CMS Executive Chairman Cornelius Brandi says:

“The law firm of the future will be different to the one today. Then, as now, people will always be the most important factor. Clients trust experts who can provide them with business-focused legal advice they can act on. All our newly-appointed partners have a deep understanding of the sectors and business environments our clients operate in and can provide them with the support they need to deal with existing and future challenges.”
