Implementation of a European Directive in Bulgaria

Last week CMS Sofia, in cooperation with CMS Netherlands, organized a successful event on the implementation of a European Directive in Bulgaria, regarding damages for infringements of competition law.

The event was held on 7 December with the support by the German-Bulgarian and the French-Bulgarian Chambers of Commerce.

The hot topic covered the main goals of the Directive, when and how damages may occur in relation to antitrust infringements and who is entitled to sue against such damages.  

The event attracted more than 60 participants from various companies and industry sectors to the office of CMS in Sofia.
