Did you know that for individuals who transfer their tax residence to Italy, subject to certain conditions and within specific limits, there are preferential tax regimes available? These include:

  • Impatriate regime: the tax benefit applies to employment income or self-employment income produced in Italy. 
  • HNWI regime: the tax benefit applies to foreign-source income. 
  • Pensioners regime: the tax benefit applies to pensions paid by foreign entities.
