ECB: Sound practices in counterparty credit risk governance and management

Further to its 2023 consultation, ECB has now published a final report and feedback statement. The report sets out the findings of the targeted review performed in the second half of 2022 on how banks govern and manage counterparty credit risk and notes good practices and areas where improvement is needed.
