EIOPA: Level 2 amendments for Solvency II

EIOPA has published the text of a letter sent to the EC with regard to a July 2025 consultation. EIOPA raises strong concerns about the capital relief that the Solvency II review, based on the already agreed level 1 changes and the proposed level 2 changes, would provide.
