ESMA has published the text of a memorandum intended to enhance cooperation arrangements and the exchange of information in relation to the regulation of financial services and markets in the EU and EEA. This updates an equivalent document originally published by CESR in 1999. A list of signatories – national competent authorities – appears in the second link below.
