ESMA: revised ITS in relation to position reporting under MiFID II

ESMA published revised draft ITS in relation to the position reporting under MiFID II. The draft ITS was revised with regard to the format of position reports by investment firms and market operators. Following ESMA’s submission on 11 December 2015 of the draft ITS, a number of technical amendments were identified in the course of the practical implementation of the regime which ESMA deems necessary for the correct functioning of the position reporting of commodity derivatives.
