CMS has advised Daihen Corporation, a leading developer of power equipment, welding machines, industrial robots, RF generators for semiconductor manufacturing and EV charging systems, headquartered in Japan and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, on its acquisition of all shares in the capital of Rolan Robotics, a Dutch robot system integrator of industrial robots in a wide variety of markets and applications.
