Annemieke Hazelhoff is a member of the Antitrust, Competition & Trade (ACT) practice area group of our firm. 

She shares her time between the CMS EU Law office in Brussels and the CMS office in Amsterdam. The Brussels EU Law office works closely with the EU practice groups of the other firms within the CMS organization, including Germany. Annemieke is co-head of the Dutch CMS Dawn raid team. 

Annemieke has extensive knowledge of EU law and is specialised in competition law and related areas. She advises clients from a range of industries, including consumer goods, energy and sports, on issues related to antitrust compliance, agency and distribution systems, abuse of dominant position and merger control. Annemieke also represents clients in proceedings against and before the European Commission, the Authority for Consumers and Markets and national courts.
