The international arbitration under the Portuguese perspective is the theme of a seminar that CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut promotes next Thursday, September 20, at the Hotel Sheraton in Lisbon. The seminar takes place on the sidelines of the international annual meeting of the firm's Litigation practice group, which this year takes place in Lisbon.
The first part of the initiative will consist in several workshops dedicated to areas such as construction, financial services, energy and life sciences. The presentations are responsibility of the lawyers from CMS.
The partner Rui Pena will be responsible for the initiation of the second part of the seminar and is going to include assistance from lawyers Rui Pinto Duarte and Maria Manuela Cunha.
Rui Pinto Duarte carry out an intervention on the arbitration law, while Maria Manuela Cunha will address Institution of Arbitration in Angola.
