João Pinheiro da Silva leads Real Estate team at CMS

CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut integrates João Pinheiro da Silva in its team of Partners. The lawyer, who will lead the Real Estate practice, moves from CTSU / Deloitte Legal, where he was established since 2013. The lawyers Sandra Arsénio and Carlos Saraiva have also moved with João Pinheiro da Silva.

The new Manager of the Real Estate team has been, throughout his career, involved in the largest real estate transactions carried out in Portugal, having advised investors and developers on financing transactions, including real estate investment funds. He also has extensive experience in the development of various tourism projects, namely tourism developments.
