Nuno Alves Mansilha is a Partner in the Lusophone Africa team.

With 20 years of experience, he advises in the areas of privatizations, concessions, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, foreign investment, joint venture structuring, restructuring, infrastructure projects, commercial contracts, and tourism.

Based at the CMS office in Lisbon, Nuno has been focusing his activity on Portugal, Angola, Mozambique and other Portuguese-speaking African countries. Between 2014 and 2016 he was based in London, UK, acting as a director of the representative office of a Portuguese law firm.

Nuno advises a set of international companies with projects in the energy, logistics, transportation, ports, retail, construction, telecommunications, healthcare, mining, hospitality, and oil and gas sectors.

Nuno is recommended for Angola Foreign Firms, Mozambique Foreign Firms and for Commercial, Corporate and M&A, by Legal 500, 2023.

Joined CMS Portugal in 2019.
