Nuno Alves Mansilha é Sócio da área de prática de África Lusófona e membro do Conselho de Administração.

Com 20 anos de experiência, desenvolve a sua atividade nas áreas de privatizações, concessões, fusões e aquisições, transações cross-border, investimento estrangeiro, estruturação de joint ventures, reestruturações, projetos de infraestruturas, contratos comerciais e turismo.

Sediado no escritório da CMS em Lisboa, tem vindo a centrar a sua atividade em Portugal, Angola, Moçambique e restantes países africanos lusófonos. Entre 2014 e 2016 desenvolveu a sua atividade a partir de Londres, Reino Unido, onde foi diretor do escritório de representação de uma sociedade de advogados portuguesa.

Nuno presta serviços de assessoria a um conjunto de empresas internacionais com projectos nos setores de energia, logística, transportes, portuário, retalho, construção civil, telecomunicações, saúde, mineiro, hotelaria e petróleo e gás.

Nuno é reconhecido como Band 4 para General Business Law: International Firms in Angola e como Band 3 para General Business Law: International Firms in Mozambique, pela Chambers Global, 2026 e recomendado para Angola e Mozambique Foreign Firms, pelo Legal 500, 2026.
