Rodrigo Pinto Guimarães is an Associate in the Energy & Climate Change team.

He is experienced in energy and environmental law, providing legal advice to several national and international players in the energy sector, namely in renewable energy (wind and solar photovoltaic) and environmental matters. He also participated in several transactions related to energy and infrastructure.

His activity is primarily focused on energy law, advising several national and international players on issues related to the development and operation of solar and wind energy projects, and self-consumption units, including in contracts. He also advised a roster of companies in environmental compliance issues and energy-related matters.

Joined CMS Portugal in 2022.
