Meet The Law | Public Law

It has been published on the 12th of September, the Law no 75/2013 of the same date, which established the new system of local authorities, intermunicipal entities, the transfer of responsibilities to local authorities and intermunicipal and associative municipal, revoking the set of laws that previously governed such matters (keeping, however, implement the provisions of the old Act Local Government regarding the election and organization of the local authorities).
