Meet the Law | Solar Capacity Auction 2020

Ministerial Order No. 5921/2020, of 29 May, from the Energy Secretary of State determined the opening of a competitive procedure, in the form of an electronic auction, for the allocation of injection capacity through connection points to the Public Service Electricity Network (RESP) for electricity from the conversion of solar energy.

The injection points in the RESP, grouped by lots (located in Alentejo and Algarve), add up to a reception capacity of 700 MVA, being all individuals, whether natural or legal, who meet the requirements defined in the tender program allowed to present its application until 31 July 2020.

The deadline for submitting requests for clarification ends on 3 June 2020.
