New platform for the submission of applications related to the licensing of electricity production with installed capacity above 1 MVA

On April 9, DGEG published, on its website, a notice regarding applications related to the licensing of electricity production from renewable energy sources with a capacity exceeding 1 MVA (megavolt-ampere), which must now be submitted through a dedicated online form available here.
Subject to this requirement are, among others, applications for:
- New Production License;
- New Operating License;
- Transfer of Ownership;
- Repowering;
- Hybridization.
This measure enters into force on April 13, 2026 and applies to ongoing or previous procedures, which must be submitted through the same channel.
