The specialist banking team advises on loan and security arrangements, while our industry experts advise on the risks specific to each business and on enforcement strategy based on the particular assets. For corporates, we provide structuring advice and work to make groups as attractive as possible for lenders.
Right now we are working on funding deals involving ICOs, crypto-currencies, artificial intelligence technology, blockchain, and automation of the lending platforms.
Recent experience includes advising:
- Bank of Ireland on its secured lending transaction to a listed company
- ESF Capital on a £200 million fundraise for its SME lending platform
- a direct lender on a £50 million secured lending transaction to a European payments business.
