  • Design-led stationery, greeting cards and gifts specialist Paperchase on its GBP 50m refinancing package.
  • Internet of Things provider Telit Communications plc on securing a new committed credit arrangement for USD 75m with HSBC.
  • A music publishing business on the securitisation of its receivables generated by music catalogues; advising a bank on its mezzanine lending into a media business.
