The COVID 19 pandemic is causing considerable economic disruption worldwide. Companies are confronted with delays in performance and payment defaults. Many market participants run into liquidity problems and will not survive the crisis or only survive by making massive savings. The IT sector as well as holders of intellectual property rights and licensees are also facing new challenges and are therefore well advised to take the necessary crisis prevention measures.
