Solo cellist N. was summarily dismissed from the University of Music and Performing Arts for abuse of his power over students as professor for cello. However, he did not sign the out-of-court settlement. N. wanted to continue the proceedings. The judge refused. Christoph Wolf was an advisor to the university.
