Anna Hiegelsperger is an attorney in the transaction team and an expert in the areas of Corporate/MA and Private Equity. She regularly advises on corporate law matters as well as national and international transactions, ranging from due diligence reviews and contract negotiation to the implementation of transaction steps.
She has been working in the field of corporate law/M&A for more than five years and, among other things, completed a secondment at CMS in London in 2024, focusing on private equity transactions.
During her studies, Anna Hiegelsperger gained experience in renowned law firms focusing on corporate law/M&A. She gained international experience by studying and interning abroad in London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
