Dr. Döne Yalçın is Managing Partner of CMS Turkey and admitted to the bar in Turkey and Austria. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal issues. With extensive advisory and transactional experience, she focuses on the real estate and construction as well as the, production and energy sectors.


Prior to joining CMS, she worked for leading law firms in Turkey and Austria, where she gained valuable experience and supported numerous foreign investors in their expansion into Turkey as well as Turkish investors in starting their business activities in the EU.


Döne Yalçın is President of the Association of Austrian and Turkish Entrepreneurs and Industrialists (ATIS), Vice-President of the Austrian-Turkish Business Forum (ÖTW) and Vice-President of the Austrian-Turkish Business Cooperation Council (ATBCC).
