Sixtus-Ferdinand Kraus has been part of the Corporate Transactions and Corporate Litigation Teams at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz since January 2019. He advises leading national and international clients in all areas of company, corporate and civil law. Before Sixtus-Ferdinand Kraus joined CMS, he worked for many years at the Institute for Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Vienna. There he received his habilitation in 2018 in the fields of corporate and company law as well as civil law. Before joining CMS, Sixtus-Ferdinand Kraus worked for a well-known boutique law firm in Vienna. In September 2020, he was appointed Chair of Foundational Research at the Institute of Civil Law, Johannes Kepler University Linz.
