The procedural law of the labour and social security courts diverges from standard civil procedure law and contains numerous special features. In the recently published book ASGG - Arbeits- und Sozialgerichtsgesetz (ASGG - Labour and Social Security Court Law), a team of authors drawn from the legal profession, the judiciary and academia provides a practice-oriented commentary including extensive reference to case law. In addition to the ASGG, the book also covers the ArbVG conciliation board procedure. Four of the six contributing authors are from CMS Vienna. They are the labour law professionals Andrea Potz, Jens Winter, Christoph Wolf and Daniel Scharf.
