Stuttgart – French financial services provider and insurance specialist APRIL SAS has disposed of its German subsidiary, APRIL Deutschland AG. The company was sold to Dutch firm Claims Corporation Network Group (CCN) as part of a strategic realignment. APRIL Deutschland will operate as Astrea AG going forward. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Claus-Peter Fabian advised APRIL SAS on all legal aspects of the transaction and on selling all the shares in APRIL Deutschland AG.
