Oliver Simon has extensive expertise and many years of experience advising German and international clients on all issues pertaining to individual and collective employment law. His focus is on:

He began his legal career in 1998 at a law firm in Stuttgart that specialised in corporate law and M&A. He joined CMS in 2000 and in 2004 was seconded to CMS Cameron McKenna in London for six months. He has been a partner at CMS since 2005. Oliver Simon regularly publishes in legal journals, is the author of specialist articles in standard works of reference on employment law, and he also lectures on current employment law topics.
