Sara Kapur specialises in IT and data law (in particular GDPR and Data Act) and artificial intelligence law (AI Act), advising medium-sized companies as well as start-ups on setting up business processes and IT systems in compliance with data protection regulations and their EU data and AI strategy. She also drafts and negotiates IT contracts, with a focus on project, licence and software agreements.

Sara joined CMS in 2023.
