Frankfurt/Main, 19.12.2024 – CMS has provided legal advice to easybill GmbH on the acquisition of Münster-based PAQATO GmbH. easybill, a software company based in Kaarst, is a portfolio company of LEA Partners GmbH. The merger of easybill, a market leader in e-invoicing, and PAQATO, an after-sales expert for online retail, is intended to create a leading SaaS solution for e-invoicing and after-sales.
A team led by lead partner Markus Herz provided easybill with comprehensive legal advice on the transaction.
easybill was founded in 2007 and currently has more than 20,000 customers in the small business and e-commerce merchant sector. The focus of easybill is the automation and optimisation of sales processes.
