Conrad Gräwe, LL.M., Solicitor (England & Wales)

Conrad Gräwe works as a Legal Coordinator in the Banking & Finance practice and supports domestic and cross-border financing transactions. His practice focuses on property, acquisition and corporate finance. In particular he deals with the review and drafting of loan and security agreements, the structuring of German security packages and the coordination of CP processes. Another key area of his work is financial due diligence in M&A transactions.

Before joining CMS in 2019 Conrad Gräwe worked in the corporate finance department of a Berlin-based fintech company and in the legal department of an international group. He has been admitted as a Solicitor (England & Wales) since 2026.
