Conrad Gräwe is a Legal Coordinator in the area of Banking & Finance and has many years of experience in advising on M&A transactions and financing at national and international level. He specialises in reviewing financing and collateral agreements as well as assessing legal risks for buyers and sellers in the context of share and asset deals. Another focus of his work is preparing financing documentation and managing CP processes. Conrad worked in the Corporate Finance department at Bergfürst AG from 2015 to 2018 and moved from there to the Legal Affairs department at Bombardier Transportation. He has been with CMS since 2019.
Conrad joined CMS in 2019. Prior to that he worked in the corporate finance department of Bergfürst AG from 2015 to 2018 before moving to the legal affairs department at Bombardier Transportation.
